Leaving on Schedule

Good news ... we are leaving on schedule on Friday. Everything worked out yesterday with getting a new adoption certificate. We are so grateful that God answered our prayers.

Here are some new photos. Enjoy! Today Jocelyn does a lot of running around for us, while we do whatever we want (that is one thing I will miss about being in China ... so much down time) and tomorrow we pack up and have our Consulate appointment, the final step in the adoption.

Maya looks like she is always winking, where is the Deet? Robert, enjoy the quiet moments while you can, those beautiful young ladies are going to have you running ragged in their teen years-too fun to think about.

Cyrus, I was at your school today putting up a poster about our upcoming Cascade Chorale Concert, and one of your classmates was in the lobby, and asked me when is Cyrus coming back from China. I said possibly Monday, and with lots of pictures and stories. I am so glad that all 3 of my Grandkids went and I can hardly wait for your stories. All my Love, Grandma Karin- RT, I agree w/Rowland Wow!!

Tadjikis,
We're thrilled for you guys and can't wait to have you back. So fun to read your stories and feel the joy you're sharing. Funny - my first thought in seeing these photos was, "Wow, Jasper and Ella sure look a lot alike..." I guess Ella already has that Tadjiki glow.

See you soon!
=) Alissa

Guangzhou is near Hong Kong, bottom right corner. Dianbai is just below the "M" in Macau (which is south of Guangzhou).
